Im trying to go out quick and easy. preferably painless too. Im fairly new to this whole thing so cut me some slack if I sound vague or inexperienced. Can anyone help me out?

Just FYI we can't suggest methods or risk violation of this platform. But we're all looking for basically the same thing. Quick, easy, and painless.
