Help Best benzo for SN?

Which one should I buy? I don't have any experience with benzos, just want something that will make me calm during the whole process. Nothing too strong, I don't want to fall asleep (in case of vomitig and needing a second glass).
Also, what about the dosage (I'm really thin and have zero tolerance to benzos)? And how long before drinking sn should I take it?

I don't know if my answer will help you. I plan to use Xanax because it's the most "widespread" benzo in my country I think and probably the easiest to get.
For the dosage it is up to you to test different quantities and the effects, especially if it makes you sleep or not.
Personally, I plan to take at least 2.5 mg of Xanax, and I feel the peak effect 1h30/2h after ingestion. So I plan to take them 2 hours before the SN.
