Hi all! I hope your coping well today! Quick question regarding benzos how soon or before sn should i take them? Some say 30mins before? The pph says straight after in worried they wont take full effect before i start vommiting, any ideas?

Bitcoin (BTC):Ethereum (ETH):Monero (XMR):I think the purpose of the benzo is to make you sleep/ heavily sedate you. You have to check what benzo you will take and see how fast acting it is. I would probably run a simulation test before, so i could fast check how long does it takes to completely sedate my body in order to make the correct protocol.
Eg: if it takes 1 hour to completely sedate ill probably drink the benzo 50 min before drinking the SN. And so on.

@lifesprisoner it'll depend on what benzo you have, some are faster than others, diazepam (valium) being a slow one and hence not recommended.Similar threads
