Benzoes off the table

So getting benzoes from my doctor is not an option. I will have to attempt sn without. Have there been others who have been successful without benzoes? What do I have to look forward to.

Unfortunately, a lot of doctors are reticent to prescribe benzos. What was your doctor's reason because they are legitimate medications

This is a pretty out there method if you are a guy. I was able to receive my one 10mg diazepam by scheduling a vasectomy and the doctor prescribes it for anxiety during the procedure.

Orherwise if you want something legal I would recommend Phenibut which you can easily order online. I plan to use it during my protocols as the anti anxiety affects are long lasting so you can take hours before setting up. Its very strong and has potential bad rebound affects but its by far the strongest anti anxi anxiety supplement you can order easy.

I've been lucky enough to get prescribed Klonopin. It's a pain to find a doc who'll prescribe them. Other options could be phenitbut. Gabapentinoids like pregabalin or gabapentin kind of mimic the anxiolysis of benzos but to a lower extent.
