No, not one yet but you can ask the team doctors from Ghent University Hospital

There is an association in Belgium ("Association pour le Droit de Mourir dans la Dignité"). Search it. Their website is mostly in French, with an excellent information page in English, for non residents.

These doctors often go to trials though because the family keeps suing them after euthanization. They are brave doctors. They are hated by religious groups and get deathnotes all the time but they believe they r relieving suffering of people who are forced to live. I am going to consider belgium or swiss

Oh wow as someone from Belgium I always believed I wasn't allowed to die in a dignified way due to my suicidality being caused by trauma. Thanks for sharing this.

I tried to contact dr. Wim Distelmans through his FB but no response. May be you should meet him in person, he seems old but kindhearted.
