Being watched 24/7, alternatives to SN? (Spain)

I got SN from the jungle place, ships from Turkey and am under watch with a family that will push my mental issues to get away wih abuse.
As title says, what are the alternatives to SN? This city has laws against building tall places, so no easy access to them. No guns or drugs, same problem if I get one shipped anywhere, with extra questions.

I'm willing to visit another Spanish person here for an address that can get the SN, regular places won't accept chemicals shipped to containers outside home addresses.

It hurts and cannot keep going on. It just fucking hurts.

It's a small place, and yes, they don't even respect showers if they start taking too long.

Edit: Night night in a hotel room? It doesn't require anything outside a quick trip to the hardware shop, any opinions on it? It sounds too good to be true, text just keeps zoning in and out inside my head.

So you can get a hotel room but not have privacy in your own bathroom?

Eh?
Just look for a cheap air bnb with some sort of ligature (ie ceiling fan) and then hang on that.
Anything else is an excuse really

I could be wrong, there is likely 2 spots some people could get "right", but NN method seems like I'd end up with brain damage for some reason.

Maybe not, but it's a huge fear keeping me far from it.

The will call the police the second I try to escape, so going anywhere is a last resort that won't work twice. Of course, I'll get locked up at a hospital for this, and doctors side with my abusers all the time.

A room is only good for the first hour I can get away, any more than that and I'm getting searched as a "hurr durr poor sick baby doesn't know what's going on". I can turn off all devices and tracking on me, but unless the method is automatic, chances of getting caught are too risky
