Balloon Time helium tank -- is it enough to kill you?

I got a large Balloon Time helium tank at Party City. After doing some research, I see that it's 80% helium. If I use a cpap mask and tube, do you think that would work?

No it isn't lethal. The 20% oxygen is enough to sustain life

Its probably easier and cheaper to get pure Nitrogen and is just as good for the job. You need to get it from a welding supply shop.
