So I'm back to normal old lonely times, my niece after 5 years of solitude couldn't stand me and she left me and went back home. Loneliness and depression are fate i can't escape from, spit on anyone who says it gets better, they just want to fool you so please don't let them, it doesn't get better and this is a fact no one can change, so you only have 2 options, to leave by CTB or endure the pain for the rest of your life. I don't feel sadness anymore, it's just anger all i feel

I agree that life will never get better. I think that anyone who says things like that is delusional, as the reality is that existence is suffering and that as long as someone lives, it's impossible to escape from pain. To me, non existence will always be preferable to living. The thought of enduring life for many more years is horrifying.

also I agree to this...it doesnt get better. if something, one gets to go in and out of severe and less severe depression. the sad thing is, that the severe ones get worse every time. at least thats my case. And anger comes with it sometimes as well. for ex it makes me so angry when people tell you stuff like : this will pass , just love yourself, love comes from within, trust in god , go meditate, time heals everything ....bla bla bla... and so on.. I know these people have no bad intentions and just want to say something nice, but still its frustrating and downting to listen to this. trauma doesnt go away by itself. it never did. and if you dont have people who love you enough to help you and go through this with you and the financial resources to get proper healing and care, it certainly will not get better.
