Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Looking for some feed back or insight from anyone.
My dr just prescribed auvelity, I had a positive reaction to ketamine during my ECT so she is hoping that it will help.
I also found the places online that let you micro does ketamine to work through trauma, anxiety and depression. Anyone have experience with those?
I'm pretty set on CTB, but my kids deserve me to give everything another chance before escaping.

There can be a potential danger is seeing medication as the last hope to manage things. Such a perspective tends to diminish investing in skill development and experimentation to discover new management approaches.

If the problem is biological there can be a number of ways that are often unexplored to see if some relief is achievable such as diet, nutrition, exercise, sleep schedules and even supplementation with things like GABA and fish oil.

A doctor's advice can be helpful and may discover a key component to a particular situation. However, It is possible to focus too much on what someone else of something can do so that a failure can seem like there is no hope. Whereas maintaining a parallel effort of your own of experimentation can prevent a focus from becoming too narrow.

Auvelity has had some good results, definitely worth trying. And if K has helped you before, worth keeping it up. Auvelity can work quite fast, good luck
