My best friend tried to strangle me to death a few years ago. It really fucked me up. In the moment i didn't even fight back, just pleaded and cried. I feel pathetic, like i should have died. Natural selection. I would have died if my roommates didn't come save me. Then they kicked me out a month later. I want to be better but i just don't see the light at the end of the tunnel
