i've astral projected out of sleep paralysis first, but it's rather uncomfortable, not scary albeit

I've had sleep paralysis but I couldn't astral project. :aw:

Yes, it is possible from my personal experiences.
You have to work hard doing various spiritual exercises for some time before getting to that stage.
Rarely people are born with it, in my experience.
The third eye door is closed by default. You also need to watch your diet.
You need to keep your emotions in control at all times etc. Practice meditation, breathing practice, mindfulness etc.
You need to develop or be aware of your soul body in real life.
You can control your dreams at will in the dream world. Make sure you have an authentic teacher or a spiritual guide to show you the way. Good luck, my friend.

Sleep paralysis could mean many things. Not all sleep paralysis is caused by your body, as our so-called science suggests.
