Help artistic vent

i need help in getting to know the most ugly methods to both off oneself and another, i want to try vent art but i dont know where to start, nothing feels aggressive enough, and im having trouble with choosing and managing artistic media, i dont know how to make things gruesome and dynamic while also letting my emotions out, and id greatly appreciate any help, thank youu

Shotgun blasts, various forms of decapitation (like that of using a rope and car), exsanguination, being splattered by a vehicle; these are a few that immediately come to mind.
