People thinking im helping others only because im manipolative and trying to impress in a good way my one itis..

They make me feel im a bad person..
Thats make me suicidal because im not understand
I mean is really a bad thing?
Im helping others.. and of course i want to impress in a good way the person i love

it's good to want to help others - but i always find that sometimes you can help too much when somebody hasn't asked for it. maybe this is what's happening? - i know that most of the time, i want a lot of space from people - and when they offer me assistance, sometimes i become irritable.

but listen two things can be true at once- you might be wanting to impress your one itis but you also know enough about how to do kind things. and you're only increasing the kindness in the world by doing it so don't be too hard on yourself.

I have never heard of anything like that tbh most people that I have helped bar family it's because they would have asked me for help or tell me how they were struggling financially etc.

There is no need to impress anyone here because I even told one of them that him asking money like that was getting a bit too much so personally I never helped anyone with such intentions however if I was a good and giving friend I would expect them to be honest with if I ask them about something rather than lie or deny the truth.

Also agree that we shouldn't really care what other thinks of us but if it's affecting my bread and butter then that's a whole different story and if someone keeps on disturbing my peace with their lies then that's also a whole new problem.

Pretty much all of the mistakes in my life have been pointed out by everyone. It makes me feel like everything is my fault. My anxiety is off the charts when it comes to me accidentally fucking up again and I can't stand it when people are mad at me.
