if i was doing that method (which was my original plan) stat dose. i dont feel theres enough evidence for the meds, its too much work too get the meds, and its just easier to drink it then to plan 2 days in advanced especially with my bpd.

i'm doing the 48h regimen. i'm sure i'm going to vomit my 1st glass so i just want to have meto build up in my system before ctb day. i feel it might help me not to puke.Now that I have benzos I'll have to reassess. Before I couldn't plan in advance and I couldn't fast because the desire to eat overpowered the desire to ctb. Will test out some benzo doses to see if that changes anything.

Probably the stat dose because it's simpler and I don't think there's much of a correlation between the 48 hour regime and not vomiting.
Maybe it's to give time for your body to get use to the meto idk I'm doing stat. All I know is if I drink that second glass it's over with.

I can't get meto here in the UK, I'll try to get Prochlorperazine instead, tbh I haven't done enough reading yet but I noticed that people who take an AE still vomit. Do you know if anyone has failed after drinking both glasses?Last edited:
