i need something to calm my nerves when my last day comes on my birthday next year. I have an opiod perscription due to my chronic pain and also have medical marijuana. What will make my nerves and fears decrease on that day when i decide to pull the trigger. ive suffered with autism, chronic pain, and chronic fatigue for too long and just need it all to end.

thats actually my exit plan, but instead i'll use marijuana (and I have two backup methods incase if I fire the gun at the wrong spot)
Not to calm my nerves to give me the courage to kill myself. I just want my last day to be serene and peaceful, and be one with nature.
Chemicals work differently on for each person.
