I was wondering about asking about the help I had, and if others could help me connect to it again, or something less abusive than it. but from reading, it seemed people here might be unique and not fitting offers either? sorry, I'm ashamed

was also afraid how to ask, because I don't feel I can rephrase certain words of the prior helper. but their words could be distinct and unsafely revealing parts of me?
