Are guns the only way to insta-sui?

I really don't wanna experience dying or near-death state, be it hanging, jumping or whatever. Injecting or eating stuff scares me too, so even assisted euthanasia is off the table. Are guns the only option for me? They aren't allowed where I am.

Even decapitation would not be an instant death, necessarily. You would need to destroy your brainstem for an instant out, and even then I have my doubts about whether that would be truly instant.

I cannot gain access to firearms in my country...and there are no high buildings in my city...train method is only method in here...
