This is a valid question even if OP does not suffer from any mental issues. Solipsism is the philosophical idea that only one's own mind is sure to exist, while the existence of anything else is uncertain or cannot be known. I can't prove that anything else is real than my own awareness. Maybe I'm completely alone in the universe, I'll never know for sure.Similar threads
