Since losing my job I've been going to bed later and getting up later. My pattern is now go to bed about 5-6am and wake at about 1-2pm. Anyone else have a similar pattern?

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Absolutely! Ever since I got sick with awful pain my roles have been reversed. It's 5:00 a.m. now. I'll go to bed around 7 or 8. Then I'll sleep all day and wake up at 9 at night. Does that give you the depressing feeling it gives me? The depression has gotten so bad I'm in bed all day and don't want to get out. Then the fact that you know you're awake when the whole world is getting their rest is even more upsetting.Since losing my job I've been going to bed later and getting up later. I think it's just an awful cycle. We can't sleep at night because we are up in the day and we are up in the day because we can't sleep at night. Now last night I didn't sleep and I needed to take a little cocktail for pain but I can't sleep a lot today because I have to shower tonight. God I hate showering. It's such a pain in the ass. If I could snap my fingers and have one thing be done it would be showering and having my hair dried. That's the real bitch when you have hair as thick as mine. Well I know you didn't need to know all that. I hope you can try to reverse it. Maybe just take a two hour nap in the day so at night you'll still be tired. Benadryl makes you tired enough to sleep but I shouldn't be a pill pusher.Yup, I think it makes my depression worse, not sure why I guess it's feeling apart from this world, but I felt that before the day/night reversal. Difficult to tell if it's a symptom or a cause.
Me too. I can't sleep. Honestly 0 sleep. I feel like a zombie. Have circles under your eyes to prove it.I am simply awake all the time.
Me too. I'm amazed I'm still alive. I'm amazed how's resilient the human body is.Me too. I can't sleep. Honestly 0 sleep. I feel like a zombie. Have circles under your eyes to prove it.
