1000% yes. I have no doubt that someone else would be able to be grateful for what I have and appreciate and enjoy it. Why should it be so easy for someone like me? I hate seeing how hard it can be for people that actually have a love for life.

yes, i see people fighting diseases that just want a few more time, i'm still young, they could take my years if they wanted

I know the OP's intention is rather idealistic than practical, but in some countries, a body donation, for the purpose of scientific, medical or pharmaceutical studies and research is actually possible. The deceased would have to testify that in their last will.
