• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I know ofc that trying your SN isn't good of course, its risky. But anyone who has tried, would doctors know? What would they test? How would they know to administer methylene blue to you?

So the doctors knew what I had taken because the ambulance/police were there when I took it, so I can't really speak on how they would know, but i'll tag the thread of my medical records that might interest you.

I'm in the medical field. SN causes methemoglobinemia, essentially meaning that the hemoglobin in your blood is changed a bit making oxygen transport difficult. (It's a redox reaction for chem nerds). The color of your blood will be darker, so that'll clue the docs in alongside low oxygen levels. Methemoglobinemia can be caused by other stuff too though such as lidocaine and dapsone.
