Can you succeed if you fast for a few hours and take SN without any other drugs, say if even if you vomit you prepare a second dose in advance and take it?

‌yes. Other drugs just help u to feel more peace. As I see and read even with anti-emetic, vomiting is almost inevitable and in this situation backup SN is very important.

If u be unconscious u will not vomite. Also unconsciousness means enough SN has been absorbed. But if a person vomits soon and alot and dont want to take another SN, that can servive

Wrong. You can vomit when unconscious. It is recommended to lay on your side so you don't aspirate vomit

Any method you try could fail, what if this, what if that - what if I try to kill myself by jumping in front of a train but I end up on the wrong track and it misses me - does that mean train suicide is unreliable? If you do SN right and don't vomit it all out you will die as surely as if you chopped your own head off. No one ever survived that, and nor will you survive taking a poison either.
