Omg. This is the worst. When the sean changes and S.A.D. sets in. The beginning is the roller coaster of cold nights and mornings with warm days, and a cyclical repeat. Then it's cold outside and cold and dark in you. The worst.

I don't get as sad during fall or winter, but I definitely get more depressed for no reason when it's spring. Might be because I also get seasonal allergies though.
