Like If you tried ctb and ends up living another life. wouldn't it makes the whole thing worthless. You died just to suffer again ?

I do worry about that. I want to end my pain but worry maybe I'll be punished somehow. And be forced to suffer even more.

I am not afraid of that. Whether I die now or later (old age) I will have to deal with what comes after anyway. No point in dwelling on something I have no control over.

The closest evidence you can find about the after life is NDE's. You can read about those. So far, from what I read its pure bliss. At least its a step above from what we have to go though in this current existence.

I think that the afterlife is something of a natural coping mechanism that is a byproduct of us evolving into homo sapiens. When we first became self aware, we, again naturally, started to ask abstract questions about things like death and deities to cope with things we have no control over and cannot understand. Hence, the birth of belief systems and pontifacations about the afterlife.

What if when you ctb you regain consciousness in another reality where your attempt failed until you have the death you're supposed have? :o

Not really and as someone who is an atheist, I don't believe there is anything after death, just nothingness, no perception of anything (pain, pleasure, or whatnot). I am actually ready and I guess I will find out when my time comes.

If there is heaven and hell it is what it is. If there is reincarnation then I won't remember this life anyway.

Absolutely. I like to consider myself an athiest because religion just sounds like a load of garbage to me... but occasionally I have thoughts like: What if I'm completely wrong and it's not just as simple as "the lights go out and I stop existing"?

I'm sure that my body dies with my mind. If there is something like afterlife, if can come to this world again, I'll will be different person with new body and won't remember my previous life. In this case it all depends on circumstances in life, and I can always kill myself, even hundred times if needed.

I tripped a lot, and when you ego dissapear you feel connected with everything and you only feel big love and bliss, like we are all perfect the way we are, my plan is have one last trip(8 months since my last trip) before CTB, I know is gonna help to to forgive myself before going (you can't to the after life feeling guilty), and also don't go to the famous tunnel of light, just let your soul to the source of all the energy (universe) if you go to the tunnel of light you are gonna reincarnate with a Karma contract, so I prefer to stay on the source before deciding my next step

I don't believe in an afterlife. I'm of the opinion that religion is simply a system of control used by the ruling classes to subjugate the masses. A slave suffering under a cruel master in ancient times is far more likely to carry on living and working if they think they'll go to hell if they kill themselves, or that they will be reincarnated as a slug if they misbehave.

We must all, of course however aknowledge the possibility that I may be wrong.

That's the thing, a lot of people say who cares about the pain and suffering you leave behind because you won't be around to experience.

Well, maybe you will be. Maybe the afterlife is you stuck watching all the grief and suffering you caused, unable to do anything to help or stop it.

We dont know. It could be anything. Nobody knows for sure. Maybe its amazing, maybe it's nothing, maybe it's worse. It's a shot in the dark.

i think religion is just that a system to manipulate masses, but at the same time i know i won't dissapear.

i believe that my perspective on reality myself and everone else is so distorted that i can't really see it for what it is.
so i'm hoping that when i die i will start to see clearly again.

Kind of. Sometimes I "talk" to my dead relativesm asking them to help me, to get me a miracle... And then I think that if they can "hear" me, if they "are" somewhere and still love me... Well, then I f***** because, if I die, my feelings would still be there, my pain will be eternal...

Yes I sometimes fear of after life. I was raised Christian, but was inclined to seek deeper.
I am not a product of a cultural and religous view, feel emancipated of that.
After experimenting shrooms, dmt, lsd, mescaline, synthetic tryptamines and phenethylamine / as to say psychedelics agents, what I feel now is that reincarnation is true and Life have no opposite. Death is just a illusion set up to keep you caring your body to play the game, the game of life, for eternity.

I do believe in karmic laws. May have I been very cruel in some past lives to diserve such a shitty life now ? Maybe that will sounds weird to you but yes I feel the need to think that I was a very dark person before to endure this now. Because it give sense to this torture nowdays, and make me hope things will ne better after balancing this karmic debt.

There are Nde books (like the one written by R.Moody) which commonly says that suicide is not ok, that by any means it not a good option and they frighten people with hellish Nde, I have two things to say about that.
First, after experimenting psychedelics I now that ego dissolution (ego death) trigger a meca'isl
I strongly believe if some entity, or force has to judge your deed on earth, and if indeed suicide is a misdeed, if you should suffer from it, by any means it could be in an eternal way.
The entity is pure love, creation is made of love, there is an astonishing beauty into nature.
How could God (or what idea you got about it) put someone in eternal torment for killing himself, according that even me have forgived the one which assaulted me really cruely and left me disabeled ?

What hellish Nde are about, and that is just a personal insight of psychedelic expériences is that they were ongoing ego death. The step just before acceding to the Self is a horific garden haunted by the gardian of the realm of illusions, Maya.
Every Lsd experiencers knows that kind of hell trip, hell is just a state of mind.

Bardo thodol (tibetan's books of the dead) mentions it : if you are in trouble ask for the archetype of True Love and Compassion and it will appears to leads you in a better place.

So ask for Jesus, ask for Mary, ask for Buddha, ask for Muhammad, ask for Krishna, ask for any archetype of Compassion.
Those who can suffer can suffer as long as they are convinced that loving god does not exist, but the demons tormenting themselves are creation of their own souls.
All is in your mind, you are God playing a gigantic theater, splitting himself into multiples caracters. It s just a game, and it will be for eternity.
God is like a parentless, friendless child playing Lego. Infinite amount of brick, Infinite time to play (no Time by the way), no space. Infinite possibility coexisting with absolute nothingness.

I know. But I worry about it. Life feels like one big punishment to me. :/
I know. I want to go away too. There's nothing left anymore. I'm done. I'm just here waiting for the day.

I'm not sure what your beliefs are, but I know we live in a matrix that has been recycling our souls...until recently. The old fear was to not go toward the light, but as a spiritual teacher and healer who is also ready to "manually transcend" this fake reality, I believe that risk no longer exists. You will not reincarnate or be punished. Energy never dies, it only transpires. So no fear love.

I believe we just can't know either way, so I try not to worry about it. But I don't deal with change well and unknown situations stress me out beyond belief, so it gets to me.

I can't help but feel that my life has been one long waiting game, as in waiting for death. One of my favorite seasons is spring, yet, this spring will be the time that I finally ctb. The long waiting game will be over. Forever.

You are right. There may be reincarnation and we come back and relive this hell.
For avoiding this don't go the light tunnel even if you see death members of your family or if your are religious yo might see the God who you believe. Just let your soul flow to the love of universe, it's gonna heal your soul and then you decide what to do, stay in it or living another life. If you go to the tunnel you are gonna reincarnate 100% with Karma's contract.
