Been trying to figure out the exact placement for focused pressure on the carotid bifurcation, high under the jaw, but no matter where I try I keep getting that red face / pressure feeling. I know that means the jugulars are closing first. Anyone who's actually figured this out—what's the trick to hitting both carotids at the same time without triggering the congestion? I'm using a pretty standard setup, seated, head forward, neck relaxed. Is it just a thinner ligature thing or am I missing something about the angle? I'm using 10mm rope
