Just curious, as both are bases & I don't see why it would negate it at all.

SN is very salty I can't decide whether that would make the taste more or less tolerable

I wouldnt, milk can be upsetting to stomach and I would think the salty mixed with milk would be gross. Just my opinion

I think that milk might being heavier, not always diluting things as well as water, and it being a salty milky combo might be worse at making nausea symptoms.
That being said I haven't read any people try it to get any experiences to read up on for how this would actually work in application.

Anyways, as long as it doesn't mess with the chemical composition in any way as it goes through the body I guess it could work

Why though? It's not going to make it taste any better and you'll just needlessly introduce more variables that may make the process take longer. Just follow pph and take it with as little water as possible.

Milk is not a "clear" liquid and based on what I've read it will take longer to pass into the intestines because of the fats and proteins being broken down first in your stomach.

Generally it is not advisable to take any medication with milk either because it slows down its efficacy.

It would be contraproductive to take something to hasten gastric emptying and then take something that slows down gastric emptying.

Like driving with one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brakes.

The milk could likely also increase risk of vomiting and a failed attempt.

just rub extra strength orajel on your tongue and gums to numb your mouth. Forget that milk idea.
