That's really kind and empathetic of her. It's nice to have someone who doesn't just shut down your consideration.
Most people think I should ctb. I will have little resistance from the world when I choose to go. I feel if I ever get the funds up I think even pegasos would take my case.

I have one friend who told me he understands why, and respects the decision, but it would make him sad. Not that it matters I dont ever see him very often anymore, or any of my so called friends.
In the next breath this same person afterward asked me what I plan to do with two of my vintage Rickenbacker bass guitars, and wondered if he could have them, the bastard.
Why wouldn't they be? I fully trust her and she knows that my life has little meaning and little chance of getting better. I did everything I could, and fought for years and she knows I just don't wanna suffer anymore. Of course she won't help me ctb, but the least a good therapist can do is give emotional support and understanding.
I'm not sure what country you are in. Are they allowed to know and not doing anything like have you sectioned? Sorry not sure how it works in other places

Im in Germany. No idea what the protocol is for therapists that have suicidal clients. I read that you only get sectioned if you are in immediate danger of hurting yourself upon leaving the appointment, which is not the case for me.
I do not see it as a good idea to tell people about wanting to ctb, in my case people would never accept and understand my decision. We live in a world where suicide is so stigmatised and many people do not respect the right to die.

I'm sure plenty of people I know do wish I was dead but don't have the courage to say it or they just want to seem like heroes for pretending to care about my worthless life.
I once had a therapist say that off the record, her own personal beliefs were that people should be allowed to decide their death if they wish. I can definitely see how this could get them in trouble so I didn't tell anyone else before
