I'm from Ireland too and it's very difficult to find materials here, I get what you mean. Hopefully voluntary dying gets introduced here soon bc you can't even buy a gun here like in america so you have no options for a quick death. However, the inert gas method might work if you can find the correct canisters in hardware shops
