Thanks I have tried natural and it doesn't work for me full information and link below, I find Mirtazapine doesn't really have an effect either but it could be me I was really tied yesterday and I forced myself to stay awake watching movies but slept really well afterward so I will give it a few more days and give you feed back.

I was never really prescribed it, but it was in the house and I used to micro dose it to help me sleep, but sometimes the side effects were horribly restless legs, like really severe almost cramp like pains in my legs as well. The sedation effect is supposed to get less as the dose increases, but I can't comment on that. It's like all things, works for some, not for others, side effects for some and not for others. Hope you found some good info in your thread

I have decided to stop taking it I was using it for insomnia 15mg, I take it at 20.00 every night and I have taken it for 15 nights now and I'm not feeling any beneficial effects. I wonder if the doctor and chemists are in cahoots and prescibed me a placibo as it doesn't seem to effect me in the slightest.

Posting in case it helps anybody: If you're interested in alleviating restless legs syndrome, consider taking Curcumin. Had mild RLS on Citalopram and Curcumin stopped it.

I have taken it for less than a year and i have gradually stopped but whithout my doctor knowing it, I could not feel sexually, and my brain was not working well to study, I am in a suicidal outbreak but mirtazapine turned me a zombie and it stole my energie
I hated Mirtazapine. It caused me to be even more suicidal than I was before I started on them. I was crying constantly, agitated, bad tempered, and yes, I also put on a LOT of weight. The vivid dreams were interesting though - I had all kinds of adventures when I was asleep and they were so real, it was like you'd actually been there. I wouldn't be here today if I hadn't stopped taking them after around 10 weeks. Never again!! :eh:
I fatten 30 kilos, never Again!
: eh:
Engordé 30 kilos, ¡nunca más!
I tried mirtazapine at the starting dose of 15mg and hated it. I slept 14 to 15 hours a day and the time I was awake I still felt half asleep and hungry, and it increased my anxiety too. I was on it for a month and my weight increased by a stone and a half (21 lbs).

I think it has helped more with my OCD and anxiety than with my depression. I used to feel more tormented before.

The only side effects are a dry mouth, increased appetite, and drowsiness.

The doctor prescribed me Mirtazapine does anyone take it and what side effects have you suffered, I read it's meant to be good for erectile dysfunction and insomnia I would only take one at night but I don't want to be turned into a zombie, I have just got my energy back after being a zombie for two years after taking Risperidone and of course no mention there could be a chance of these causing any side effects.

Any experiences or advice would be great.

Cheers

Main problem I've had is weight gain, other than that it's fine. I'm on 45mg combined with 375mg of venlafaxine and I can't remember how much duloxotine. Doesn't stop me wanting to ctb sadly!

El principal problema que he tenido es el aumento de peso, aparte de eso, está bien. Estoy tomando 45 mg combinados con 375 mg de venlafaxina y no puedo recordar cuánta duloxotina. ¡No me impide querer ctb tristemente!
I feel you
