I've been so depressed that I don't want to eat, but this is new for me. I feel like such shit that I keep throwing up everything I eat. If this keeps up I'll either have to wait until it passes to use SN or double my anti emetics

If you had an empty stomach, that should not to be a problem.
My guessing is wheter (or ewhetaher, Am not sure) there is nothing inside. No throw up.
Just was a thought

edit: Sorry, I made a mistake, an unforgettable mistake. I did remember The final exit recommended a soft lunch before the self deliverance. A cofee an a couple of toasts, for example.

Edit. unforgettable not, was unforgivable.

You are hipomanic and in need of a dopamine antagonist (antipsychotics). It happens to me when I stop my pills. I have bipolar disorder.

It's a normal digestive response to not eating. For me I don't get nauseous, but my abdomen feels like it's contracting mildly from being empty

Haven't been able to eat much since Christmas day myself, it's slowly getting better though. Interesting about the hypomanic comment, I would describe my status as that just before Christmas. But apparently according to my psychiatrist I'm not bipolar, at least not anymore lol! It's just the SSRIs making me like that. So I chucked those a few days ago now. Coincidentally I'm not feeling quite as much anxiety today. Hmmmmm.

SSRIs make you manic too, when prescribed on their own. If your SSRI was fluoxetine, it will take a couple weeks to get out of the body and then you'll have the withdrawal.

It's not Prozac thank god! The last time I had that my GP was considering having me admitted to hospital! Absolutely the worst for me. I had been taking Sertraline for about 12 months. My mood has been up and down like a yo yo all that time. Almost on a 3-4 month basis it will flip the other way. They doubled the sertraline and within a short space of time I went from rock bottom to feeling like I was going to start bouncing off the walls. I was worried so dropped back to half the dose. Felt much better until Christmas. I read that sertraline has a very short half life. I haven't taken any for maybe 3 days and today is the first day I haven't been in a massive state of anxiety in ages. I hope that there won't be any withdrawal symptoms. :-/

Lol! That solves that mystery for me :-) Came up with my name when I corrupted a song title and I thought, ah that'll do, maybe it was a subconscious urge? :-)

Depression and digestive issues go hand in hand sadly. Same with anxiety. The gut is a weird and sensitive thing. If you're struggling to eat, try and get some nutritional supplements so at least you're getting nutrition.

I simply can't eat anymore. No desire, no appetite.
I am male and measure 1m79 (5 ft. 10.5") and am now down to 58 kg (127 lbs).
It's like my body is shutting down.
And I don't mind, really.

I don't throw up but my stomach is in a huge knot most of the time. Couple that with sleepless nights makes for a miserable existence.

About 3 weeks ago this happened. It was a mix of anxiety and depression. It landed me in the Er for severe dehydration. I lost 8 pounds in like 5 days. I'm 20 pounds under weight due to this. My wife is keeping an eye on me to make sure I actually eat. I still get sick but at least I eat something now. This isn't the first or even the second time this has happened. But this is the first time it got bad enough that i needed iv fluids.

I think you might be able to consume something like Soylent. I think it is only sold in USA (might be wrong), but you can make something similar to have a smaller chance of throwing up. If I had an access to Soylent, I would consume less food because sometimes it makes me feel very exhausted.

Depression and anxiety mess with my appetite and digestion as well..Have you ever tried or thought of trying marijuana? Im not a big weed guy myself, but some people with similar issues swear by it.

A good option unless you eat too slowly (sometimes when you are high it seems you are eating a very long time)
