Anyone else trans here who have reasons to be trans?

Alright, maybe controversial but just need everyone to hear me out.

Firstly, I am trans, and I have reasons to be. Though I think(?) most don't have a reason to be. They just are trans.

I won't state my reasons to be trans, I'll just say it came attached to the identity I chose for myself. Being trans is like the side effects of a medication. While I am choosing to take the medication, it doesn't mean I like the side effects. I am simply choosing to keep taking the meds because I feel I am a better person this way.

I just want to know if anyone else have any tangible reason to be trans. Can be any reason, big or small.

Lastly, disclaimer just in case, I'm not here to debate whether I'm trans or not or listen to anyone suggesting I change my mindset or identity. This is what I want, even if it means I have to be trans.

I am trans as well, the reason is because I felt very uncomfortable being seen as a boy/man in society, and knew I wanted to be a girl from a very young age (five years old, youngest I can recall). I'm able to pass as a woman in daily society with little issue these days, thanks to a weak male puberty, a rounder face, hormones, and voice training.

At its very core I believe it's a genetic thing, where you greatly prefer to be recognized as one gender over the other. It's not necessarily that there's a concrete "reason" in the same way that there's not a concrete reason for being gay, it's just something that happens. Just, instead of a sexual preference, it's a preference of gender presentation and perception.

If I can ask, do you mean that identifying as trans is something you have to do to better align yourself with your identity? Whereas you wouldn't NEED to if you decided to identify yourself differently?

I was always trans, but we have Dissociative Identity Disorder, so not all alters present as "trans" internally.

But, since I'm the host and most of said alters are male (we are bodily AFAB), we collectively identify as trans. We experience transness, whether said alter identifies as a cis male in an AFAB body or not. And once we medically transition, even the female alters will experience transness by virtue of being in a "noticeably" trans body.

I'm not too versed in LGBTQ+ identities, but based on what I remember the last time I looked into it, my identity best fits a trans non-binary individual (genderfluid adjacent, to be specific), though I tend to just make my gender identity the embodiment of "some secret third thing"

Outside of identifying this way because it's just who I am, my reason is that I simply don't care too much about gender. If I want to be a hyperfeminine girly girl one moment, I will, and if I choose to be a hypermasculine macho man the next, I also will. In other words, I am capricious with my gender on top of everything else in my life

Yes, that's what I mean and I like my current identity enough to not want to change it even if it means I have to be trans.
