A welding supply store will have them. Nitrogen is also used in bars and clubs for certain beers. Go tell them you or somebody you know has a minibar and needs a tank of nitrogen in whatever size is appropriate. Just fake being happy like youre having a party on the weekend and youll be fine.

I found argon simpler to get shipped full for what it's worth. Same-same if not better, unless you're after undetectability.
