Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Sorry for how you are feeling. Try to wet a towel with water and put it around your neck. It can help you feel less overwhelmed during summer time. Ive seen a lot of construction workers do that when they work during summer time.
Thanks for your reply. I'm doing this all day long, but when you're disabled, it's very hard and nothing really helps. All this shit increases my suicidality. I hope to have the courage to ctb soon because I've lost everything. Nothing keeps me here anymore.
where do you live if you dont mind me asking? Here in the U.S I believe theres a program or something that helps people with disabilities. They get someone to help them out for money (most of the time it's a relative) for about 6 hours of the day. That person gets paid to get you things, help you move around, etc.
