Anyone else frustrated by their powerlessness in life? Especially as a NEET?

Or if you live at home... can't even order things like SN, to ctb; because they might be found, especially if it's unlikely you'll get to the mail first. No job, no driving license -- everything too expensive, too many requirements, too much bullshit; which is fine, BUT ONLY -- only as long as you can easily, and humanely opt out thanks to ctb; but that option is blocked and frustrated by numerous obstacles.
