Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Me, primarily for the physics aspect of it because I'm an incorrigible geek. I do like the philosophical aspects, however.

What are the philosophical implications of modern astrophysics? Eventually entropy destroying all value?

Same!! Althouugh I think the physics and the philosophy go hand in hand in certain aspects, especially considering the emergent/fundamental nature of time, etc. it's a huge mindfuck

Not so much, I think cosmic insignificance is really comforting in a way. Also because (astro)physics tackles reality as we know it, I think most of the philosophical implications lie within how we view properties such as space and time-- whether they are fundamental or emergent-- and the starting point of all reality (big bang cosmic inflation yada yada yada)

I think it was in the TV series closer to truth where they mentioned that cosmology is basically metaphysics.

Also, anyone else into pure math? I love watching random facts about numbers.

Me. It's a special interest of mine.
There's so much out there that I've had the same video recommended to me twice by YouTube and I just watch it again because I forgot the key points about it.

Oo I've never seen that series, is it good?
Also yeah pure math is sick! I've been looking into Euler-- the guy was a titan of mathematics. Yk they stopped naming things after him and started naming them after the second person who worked on them that way not everything would be 'Euler's XYZ'

I think it talks about some very cutting edge stuff

Here's a link to the first season

I didn't know that. I've heard before that he was the most prolific mathematician.
