Anyone else just can't really control themselves with food? Is it a major reason for your suicidality?

Currently I'm binging, since I wanna die soon. Though interestingly I have a reduced appetite right now. I'm a type 1 diabetic.

To me, food is not that pleasant, really. But I keep wanting to eat it. One little snack turns into three, and then it's a full on binge.
I track my calories and macronutrients, so I can dose my insulin better, but man, all I can see are these chains of restriction on my existence! I'll have to restrain myself for the rest of my life, all the while giving my body useful nutrients, rather than just pleasurable meals. I manage decently by building a habit of eating proper nutrients and having a portion of desirable food. But in the evenings I can easily collapse and overall this is an unstable matter. It really feels like mere matter of will. It's quite funny to think that you can get addicted to something you can never quit lol.
What also sucks is eating more food can make my blood sugars more chaotic, and my night insulin isn't always correctly estimated. So it's all the more reason to stick to a rigid scheme, but I'm more like an animal. I have to observe myself making bad decisions lol. Terrific.

I have these issues too. Food is among the very few things that still trigger dopamine release in my brain. On Halloween I binged sweets, though when I usually do it, I make sure that it's healthier food at least, like vegetables and meat.
