I've lost lots of money recently due to stocks and crypto markets completely going into the negative. It reminds me that I'm financially unable to manage my life and provides another reason to die.

Hoping the market downturn is enough to push me over the edge, I have nearly all my ctb supplies now.

I've almost lost 20% of my net worth, but it's OK, I have played long term and my investment profit is still pretty in the green

The thing that is giving me anxiety is that I planned a long sabbatical before CBT and I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it until my finances stabilize. I hate my job and just want to quit
