Any way to get filled Nitrogen tanks online?

I'm planning to ctb with nitrogen. However as said in my previous posts I'm still on suicide lockdown by my parents. The only way I can obtain Nitrogen is online because they wont let me out alone either.

Any way to obtain it through home delivery?

The GD source is able to deliver, but it depends on the country whether they will ship it or not.

Also, you may not be able to get it refilled locally, because of different connection standards and the regulations involved.
