Specifically the difficulties in social communication and just general awkwardness in existing.
The way I can't tell if this is satire is terrifying.Autism can be viewed as a form of microbial dysbiosis in the intestines, where most serotonin and oxytocin is produced. I recommend you consuming A2 raw milk kefir every day along with plenty of probiotics, eliminating all processed foods, avoiding antibiotics, and looking into oxytocin-secreting peptides. You should also research carbetocin and Aajonus Vonderplanitz.
i'm more concerned that they're a neo-nazi lol. roman statue pfp with 'ubermensch1161' as the username is pretty on the nose :/The way I can't tell if this is satire is terrifying.

Actually, that's one of the main reasons autistic people are prone to addiction. I know someone who used alcohol like that.Only thing that's ever worked for me is shrooms. (only while actually high)
He changed the pfp quickly. Strangely enough (for him maybe) one could look into the Nazi origins of modern day autism studyi'm more concerned that they're a neo-nazi lol. roman statue pfp with 'ubermensch1161' as the username is pretty on the nose :/
thank you. wouldn't have worded it better myselfNo. Me, you, and any 'high functioning' autistic person (as dysfunctional as said spectrum is in classifying it) can only be lucky that we weren't born with more difficulties and bigger needs. I've never seen therapy work for the social aspect, emotions at best, I've seen myself and others have to claw their way out through pattern recognition, learning from their mistakes and being on guard all the time for social signals that we don't pick up on instinctively.
There is only one real cure: finding an accepting community that isn't afraid to be direct with you and won't ridicule you for misunderstanding them or having difficulties in communication.

There isn't really much actual studies into gluten and autism that haven't been deubunked, last time I checked. Inflammation does not make autism worse—there is a caveat though. As ridiculous as the neo-nazi guy's comment is, diet can absolutely have an effect on your experience of autism. Cutting out gluten seriously helped with my sensory issues and basically eliminated my meltdowns. I still struggle socially though. It will probably be different for you; if you're interested in this route look into something like low FODMAP or just start experimenting with what you're eating and pay attention to how you feel
As for social stuff, my therapist says that ketamine therapy has helped a lot of her other patients as autistic social difficulties are exacerbated by social trauma early on. If you can afford something like that it might be worth it
