Help Any Meto source in UK?

Hi, I had Meto but have lost it (due to hoarding/storage being evicted etc). It was my method with Ami, now I don't know what to do. I have the Ami and the benzos but no meto.

Can anyone help?

Does anyone else want to do the Ami method with me that can share meto? I have a source of Benzos...

I feel so desperate to go for so many years, and my life is getting more and more of a burden to others and myself - but no method that is clear. I know we are all in teh same boat!

I'm currently having a night off being depressed because of lots of THC gummies. So doyou have other options? I would like to help if I can, but also want to be responsible, safe etc
