any advice

For some time I have thought about committing suicide, I don't know how to do it, I haven't planned this well, some ways that don't involve spending so much money.
And another question I'm not sure how to say goodbye to people I'm not good at that kind of thing and I also don't want to make them feel bad about a decision I make myself.

I think that with saying goodbye, I would choose to write a note to potentially give those left behind some understanding and would at least leave them with some sort of explanation. I wouldn't see it as being beneficial telling others that you will leave before you are gone as it could get in the way of ctb plans, after all we live in a world where suicide is so stigmatised.

With methods I believe that it's a personal decision deciding which one is the most suitable, all that anyone can do is, do research and decide what is best for themselves. Unfortunately, in a world like this suicide isn't exactly always straightforward.

You dont have to say goodbye if you dont want to or dont know how. There is no way to even really say it that will invoke the understanding you want the other person to have.

review the collection of methods and think about which ones you have access to.
don't be in a hurry to make a decision
rope is the classic and cheap method.
