I have depression and insomnia, so getting out of bed is pretty difficult for me too. I have found it is caused by either not getting enough sleep or feeling overwhelmed and thus avoiding my day.
I know this is going to sound cliche, but what they say about good sleep hygiene is very true. It will make a world of difference if you start following even just a few steps of a good sleep hygiene routine. You do not have to do all of them at once, just add 1-2 things every few weeks.
The other thing to recognize is that brains are heavily motivated by dopamine. If you give yourself something rewarding to do
if and only if you get out of bed, your brain motivates you to get up. For instance, I do not use my phone in bed so the only way I can check social media is if I get up. Thus, when my eyes open in the morning, and I am awake for the day, I am motivated to get out of bed so I can check social media. I also have a breakfast that I like a lot, so I am "excited" to get up and eat. Hopefully this makes sense.
The thing about "having your shit together" is a lot about stress management. I have found that it is hard to get out of bed when I feel overwhelmed because I do not want to start my day and deal with everything. For this, you need steps to deal with everything. Break big tasks down into smaller ones, know that you do not have to do everything at once, plan some time every day to relax, using a planner to keep track of everything so it does not all have to sit in your head.
Can very much relate to your situation but you can get there with making little changes over time.
