My depression seems a little better from tms but my anxiety is so bad I started cutting again after almost five months of not cutting with even the depression I'm wondering if tms is just not worth it

Is that even allowed? They're not super bad. Mostly healed by now. I've never seen sh pics on here so will I get in trouble for that
