Antiemetics PPH Advice

In the March 2019 PPH they say that you can take dimenhydrinate 100mg if you can't get one of the dopamine blockers.

If that's your only choice cause you can't get the better antiemetics is it safe to use that as a substitute?

Will it prevent vomiting? PPH book says so?

Am I likely to succeed even if I vomit if I redose another 30g of SN after vomiting?
