Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This is just a thought, never tried it but antiemetics are often prescribed for easing side-effects of other medications. Usually general anethesia and chemotherapy. I imagine one could ask to get an antidepressant prescribed since those are really, really easy to get (it seems harder to not get them ime) and then tell your doctor that they make you vomit a lot, since it's a very common side-effect of them.
You can google "Prescription-Free Pharmacies" and go from there. This way I found some websites. Some are EU based, which would make things easier as shipping would not pass by customs. I haven't tried any but I am actively looking into it.
