Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hi, I know that the PPH strongly recommends an Antiemetic but from what I've read they can or do cause terrible anxiety or panic, has anyone else had experience with this or not taking an Antiemetic in their protocol? Any other ways to really prevent vomiting, I know fasting is recommended too but besides that?

I recently tested out Meto 3x10mg on empty stomach first thing in the morning. It did increase my anxiety initially but that couldve been partly due to taking a new medication at 3x the recommended dose that I have never taken before. The anxiety is also a side effect of the medication itself.

I think it should be tested to see how it affects you as it can interact with other medication especially if you are on SSRI/SNRI. I am on two other anti depressants and skipped the dose of each to avoid interaction as much as possible.

Overall I am happy I tested it I did feel off a little the rest of the day but was totally manageable.
