Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Anticholinergics interfering with SN?

If anticholinergics slow gastric motility, what effect would that have on movement of SN out of the stomach, into the small intestine, and on absorption? Specifically, if I take a bunch of olanzapine to try to pass out before drinking SN, what would the effects be?
This is a good question. I've also been taking anticholinergics (amitriptyline) for almost a decade now and cannot wean off of them. The best I could do is not take them the day I plan to cbt. In this case I'd only take 150 mg of lyrica that day (which is my prescribed medication also).
Both metoclopramide and domperidone enhance the rate of gastric emptying. Either one of these antiemetics are recommended before taking SN.
So I'm not sure what would happen combining these with drugs that slow down gastric motility. I hope we can find the answer.
You should think more people would have ideas. I take oxy and bentyl which slow down gut.
I'm surprised with all the information that these issues aren't addressed. I take bentyl which is also in this class. And oxy. I need the sn to work but sounds like will make things go slow if work at all. Hopefully someone can chime in.
