Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So recently we've discovered that antacids actually make it harder to lose consciousness after taking SN, and that meto is potentially so dangerous that it's not even worth testing it.

So what else should we be aware of when considering this method...? Seems like fasting + drinking a second glass of SN in case you vomit the content of the first one is all you need to succeed.
With meto it's a tough call, since the terrible side effects happen in less than 1% of cases, but when they do happen they can actually be disabling. Maybe a dose of meto of 20mg one time is better, or maybe 30mg once is ok, it's just not certain what is best.

I think the antiemetic is a 100% necessary to lessen vomiting risk, but I have recently heard that anti-acids are unnecessary at best and harmful at worst. Not sure if I'll be using my Tagamet - still plan on fasting.

As for the AE, I don't have health insurance so getting meto (regardless of risk factors) won't be easily possible. I'm willing to stomach a 1% chance of severe side effects if it significantly improves chances of success for the attempt. Would be nice to find an OTC alternative.

The stuff about "low acid" vs "high acid" sounds unscientific to me.
