It seems like we've made through another week. Whether that is to be celebrated or not I don't actually know. Is keep going a sign of weakness since we long for death but couldn't achieve that during the week? Maybe a sign of strength since we managed to bear through days of existential misery? Either way, we are still here in this reality. I sometimes wonder whether or not I'll be able to tell when I'm living through my final week alive. No more days after that. Everlasting silence (hopefully).

We should celebrate little things, i don't do it but we should definitely do it, even if it's things like, going out for a night, going to the mall, going for a walk, some exercise, skincare, taking care of yourself, going to the hairdresser, that sort of thing.

I am never glad that I made it through another week. I see no point to enduring so much misery when instead I could be peacefully not existing. Life feels like an endless struggle with unlimited amount of problems. I am always horrified that life is even a thing in the first place. All that I look forward to is non existence. To me the only positive thing about it all is that eventually there will be no more days.
I regained consciousness this morning with an overwhelming sense hopelessness and fear and let out an involuntary moan/scream. My exit plan was thwarted this week and it's eating at me bad.
