I'm on my 4th day with taking latuda and I've been having a major
decline with my suicidal thoughts. I was barely having any, but now
they feel very real and vivid. I'm not sure if the medicine could be having
any effects on these thoughts since it's only been 4 days, but i'm not quite sure.
Does anyone have any idea?
It could even be just how i'm truly feeling and the medication is just heightening it?

I don't honestly know, I just feel terrible...and ctb doesn't sound too bad right now.

All of those I've been on, whether atypical or typical antipsychotics, create in me the conditions for suicide. Two of them were in a league of their own, and caused me to actually attempt. 0-100 real fast. I believe there is a blackbox warning of this for most/all of them. 4 days is easily enough time to start having that effect in me.
